* $145.00 per. night (3 night minimum), exceptions considered, surcharge may apply...

Refundable $500.00 security/damage deposit (this is not charged in advance, however a "pre-authorization" will be applied to your card)

NO housekeeping fee..!!  Our "house cleaning" is built into our rates...

This is a NON smoking home. If you must smoke, it is to be done away from the home and cigarette butts diposed of in the exterior trash can.
