Rates:

May 1st thru September 15th including Holidays
* $145.00 per. night (3 night minimum)
 
September 16th thru April 30th except Holidays
* $115.00 per. night (3 night minimum)

Refundable $500.00 security/damage deposit.

Non refundable $100.00 housekeeping fee.

This is a NON smoking home. If you must smoke, it is to be done away from the home and cigarette butts diposed of in the exterior trash can.
